Return and Refund Policy - Mihaela Lionte Studio Artistic SRL

We take great pride in the artworks offered at Mihaela Lionte Studio Artistic SRL, and your satisfaction is our priority. In the event that you encounter any issues with your purchase, please  familiarise, review our Return and Refund Policy detailed below:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

Damaged Artwork: If your artwork arrives damaged or in an unsatisfactory condition, we accept returns for damaged items caused during transit or delivery. 

Discrepancies or Misrepresentation:  In the event of a significant discrepancy between the received artwork and its description on our website or in the case of any misrepresentation, returns will be accepted. 

All artworks may have slight vary of colour from picture to the original. 

2. Initiation of Return:

Timeframe: You must initiate a return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the artwork. Please contact our customer support  team promptly to start the return process.

Contact Procedure: To initiate a return, kindly reach out to us via email at liontestudio@gmail.com  or by phone at +40765157649. Please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photographs of the damaged or misrepresented artwork. Any artwork sent back without confirmation will have no refund. 

3. Return Conditions and Procedures:

Artwork Condition: The returned artwork must be in its original package, original condition, unaltered, and securely repackaged in its original packaging materials to ensure safe transit. If the original packaging is damaged (wet/missing)please inform our customer support. Feel free to take picture for evidence to ensure your eligibility for returns and refund. 

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how and where to ship the artwork.

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping for eligible returns due to damage or discrepancies will be covered by Mihaela Lionte Studio Artistic SRL. Please use the approved shipping method and ensure proper packaging to prevent any further damage during return transit. 

Refund Process:

Refund Eligibility: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned artwork, if it meets the eligibility criteria, a refund will be processed.

Refund Options:  Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow  up to 14 working days days for the refund to be processed after the returned artwork is received and inspected. 

5 Non-eligible Items for Returns:

Custom or Commissioned Artworks: 

Unfortunately, custom or commissioned artworks that are made to specific requirements  are non-returnable unless damaged during transit. we encourage to familiarize wit our Commission work policy. 

6. Dispute Resolution and Exceptions:

Dispute Resolution: In the unlikely event of a dispute regarding a return or refund, we aim to resolve the issue amicably and fairly, keeping your satisfaction in mind. However, we have zero tolerance to abusive and inappropriate language. 

Exceptions:  We do" agree to disagree" from time to time and Exceptions to the Return and Refund Policy may apply in extraordinary circumstances and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
