Caring for Your Acrylic Artwork:

A Guide to Preservation

Thank you for your purchase and Congratulations on owning a beautiful piece of art of acrylic artwork!

From it's delivery and confirmation that you are truly happy with our service, it is down to you to  ensure its longevity and retain its pristine condition for years to come,  here are  the guidelines to follow

**Handling and Placement:**

1. **Handle with Care:** When moving or handling the artwork, always support it from the sides or back to prevent damage to the surface.

2. **Avoid Direct Sunlight:** Display the artwork away from direct sunlight or harsh artificial light to prevent fading or discoloration over time.

3. **Ideal Placement:** Hang or display your artwork in a well-ventilated area away from extreme temperatures, humidity, or moisture.

**Cleaning and Maintenance:**

1. **Dust Regularly:** Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth or a feather duster to gently remove any dust or particles that may settle on the surface.

2. **Avoid Harsh Chemicals:** Refrain from using harsh cleaning agents, solvents, or abrasive materials as they may damage the acrylic surface. Instead, use a mild soap diluted in water if cleaning is necessary.

3. **Cleaning Procedure:** Dampen a soft cloth with the mild soap solution and gently wipe the surface in a circular motion. Immediately dry the area with a clean, dry cloth to prevent water spots.

**Storage and Protection:**

1. **Proper Storage:** If you need to store the artwork temporarily, wrap it in acid-free tissue paper or soft cloth, ensuring it's protected from scratches or dents.

2. **Transportation:** When transporting the artwork, cover it with a clean cloth or bubble wrap and secure it in a sturdy, padded container to prevent damage during transit.

**Additional Tips for Longevity:**

1. **Avoid Contact:** Refrain from touching the surface of the artwork with bare hands to prevent fingerprints or oils from transferring onto the acrylic.

2. **Professional Consultation:** If restoration or repair is ever needed, seek advice and services from professional conservators or restorers experienced in handling acrylic artworks.

**Important Note:**

Every artwork is unique. If you have any specific concerns or questions regarding the care and maintenance of your acrylic piece, don't hesitate to contact the artist or a professional art conservator for personalized advice.

By following these simple steps and handling your acrylic artwork with care, you'll ensure its beauty endures for generations, allowing you to enjoy its captivating presence for years to come.
