 1. Commission Process: Mihaela Lionte Studio Artistic offers commissioned artwork services to clients who desire a custom/ personalise piece of art. The commission process involves several steps to ensure that the client's vision is accurately translated into a unique and personalized artwork.

2. Initial Consultation: The commission process begins with an initial consultation between the client and Mihaela Lionte Studio Artistic SRL. This can be done in person, over the phone, or through email communication. this is booked in advance usually with the artist. During this consultation, the client will have the opportunity to discuss their artistic preferences, ideas, subject matter, size, style, and any specific requirements they may have for the commissioned artwork. 

 3. Agreement and Pricing: Based on the initial consultation, Mihaela Lionte Studio Artistic SRL will provide a detailed commission agreement outlining the scope of the project, including the agreed-upon subject matter, size, medium, style, and any other specific details. The agreement will also cover pricing, payment terms, delivery timeline, and any revisions or modifications allowed during the process. 

 4. Pricing Structure: The pricing for commissioned artwork varies depending on factors such as the size, complexity, medium, and estimated time required to complete the project. Mihaela Lionte Studio Artistic SRL  will provide a clear breakdown of the pricing structure in the commission agreement, including any applicable taxes or additional fees. 

 5. Deposit and Payment: To initiate the commission, Mihaela Lionte Studio Artistic SRL requires a non-refundable deposit from the client. The deposit amount will be specified in the commission agreement and is typically a 50% percentage of the total agreed-upon price. This deposit ensures the commitment of both parties to the project.  The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the artwork, prior to delivery or pickup. Mihaela Lionte Studio Artistic accepts payment through secure methods such as bank transfers or online payment systems. The company will provide detailed payment instructions and any relevant invoices to the client. 

 6. Artwork Creation: Once the commission agreement is signed and the deposit is received, Mihaela Lionte Studio Artistic SRL will commence work on the commissioned artwork. 

The artist will work out a sketch or digital image as informative outlook of the piece. 

Keep in mind  the artist will refuse kindly  to copy, replicate artwork of other artists. If the artwork requires the use of elements to a specific artwork of other artists  it will be given/applied a different interpretation according to the artist style and technique. This will be outlined in the commission agreement and it also applies to portraits artworks, photography or any other images. The artist will keep the client updated on the progress, providing periodic updates, and seeking feedback if necessary. 

 7. Revisions and Modifications: Mihaela Lionte Studio Artistic understands that the client may have specific preferences or may request adjustments during the creation process. The commission agreement will include a provision for a certain number of revisions or modifications, which will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.  It's important to note that major changes or additions that significantly deviate from the original scope of the project may require additional fees and time. Mihaela Lionte Studio Artistic SRL will communicate any potential adjustments to the client and seek their approval before proceeding. 

 8. Completion and Delivery: Once the artwork is completed to the satisfaction of both parties, the remaining balance is due. Upon receipt of the final payment, Mihaela Lionte Studio Artistic will make arrangements for the delivery or pickup of the commissioned artwork. The client may have the option to choose the method of delivery, which may include shipping or personal collection.  

9. Copyright and Reproduction: Mihaela Lionte Studio Artistic SRL retains full copyright and reproduction rights for all commissioned artwork created by the company. The client may not reproduce, distribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from Mihaela Lionte Studio  Artistic SRL. However, the client is entitled to display the artwork for personal enjoyment or non-commercial purposes.  

10. Confidentiality: Mihaela Lionte Studio Artistic respects the privacy and confidentiality of clients and their commissioned projects. Any personal information shared during the commission process will be handled in accordance with the company's privacy policy and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except when necessary for shipping purposes or as required by law. 

 This comprehensive commission policy ensures that both Mihaela Lionte Studio Artistic SRL and the client have a clear understanding of the commission process, pricing, payment terms, revisions, and delivery. It aims to provide a transparent and collaborative experience to create a custom artwork that fulfils the client's vision.
